Make sure that the pump has been perfectly set up; with the suction comes in the center hole, and the discharge comes to the other side hole. If such installation is perfect; check if there is air locked in the pump so the water can’t pass through smoothly. To let the air go out; you have to remove the discharge union. Then if the water starts to spray again, tight the discharge again and your hot tub jets will be strong as needed.

So, you don’t need to call a professional trouble shooter to you home for checking such simple trouble. Since the trouble is not belonging to the wire burned or disorder components, you can easily check and be the trouble shooter.
